I was greeted enthusiastically by Craig (manager) at the Prescott location. I had some concerns about fitting in at this stage in my life plus recovering from an injury. After just in a few minutes I felt a kind human-ship in the way Craig helped me navigate the enrollment process and guidance in working with the app. He gave me a tour and encouraged me to come to him with any questions or concerns. He made me feel welcomed and empowered I attended my first aqua fit class today and I had a great time and met others in my age group. Excited about what I can achieve. I m thankful that Craig took time to make feel like I could belong

This gym has the best parking. Mark at the front desk is always very polite. Love the gym layout. Nice members. The smoothie bar is the best to stop at after a great workout. Delicious smoothies.

This club is great. The desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone here no matter your age or fitness level. The club is laid out nicely so whatever you are focusing on you can find it. The vibe is very positive and the members are all focused on their workouts. The only area I think you could improve in is there is never enough cleaning supplies. We all are pretty good about wiping down the machines, however it's hard to find a spray bottle(or one that isn't empty), towels etc. The paper towel dispensers are often empty. But overall job well done!

I love the chair yoga classes that is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm 69 yo and find these classes good for my neck, back, joints, and peace of mind. I feel that Serena does an excellent job and makes these classes fun!!

I've been a member since 2018, went on a break and finally in 2025 decided to go back after physical therapy. Since joining back, I am excited to help my physical health and recover my strength. Much more cleaner now than before and meeting wonderful people.

The front staff is always nice. But please can you work on the women’s bathroom/lockerroom? The small one! It’s so dark and gross. Like the toilet is right next to the shower. Come on, who thought of that?
