Everything except they do not follow the safety rules in the pool. Teachers allow moe than 22 people at a time. Up to 30 people. Not safe

Very friendly front desk staff. Especially Andres and Paul. Not just a "welcome in" It's very clean. Broken machines are fixed when reported Not hard to get a machine when I want it. Other members are friendly as well.

This gym has friendly staff members, the gym itself is kept clean. Should a machine not be functioning I do let them know and it seems to get taken care of. The list of classes that are offered are many, it’s nice to have choices. Keep it up In Shape!

Wonderful classes, indoor pool and large new dry sauna, hot tub, large and spacious parking lot, in a plaza with other places to drop by afterwards, and has smoothie options you can use your points for, limited to monthly!

My experience with in-shape is that I love that they provide the different levels of VTL LFT classes. These classes are very good because you build muscle too.
