Love this club and its members. The group fitness classes are awesome. Allen and Gabby, are great employees. Always helping out the best they can. Both are hard working. Gabby is the team lead and she is pitching in where ever help is needed.

The Zumba class on Monday and Friday evenings! It’s fun and energetic! I also like when the staff members acknowledge people when they enter and leave the gym.

Well, I enjoy all the different kinds of weights.You have there. It's a very friendly atmosphere. But my only regret is. You're getting rid of the steam room.That's kind of like the main reason why I joined because of the steam room.I really love it and I enjoy it.So much. Well, I did also like the spinning classes.But I don't know what you guys are doing in there.Are you guys getting rid of the spinning classes?Also I hope not. Cuz I get great workouts in the spinning classes. Well, that's it, but I do enjoy going to your gym on prescott road

In Shape is a place where you can meet people and become friends with them. You see also some other friends that you haven't seen in a long time. It's also a place where you can work out and enjoy without worrying about staying too long; it's like your second home where you feel comfortable and relax while working out because you feel safe anytime of the day. Employees are very friendly and they try to make the place clean for people who go there everyday.

Katt is the best! I would have never tried heavy lifting but the group training makes it fun and exciting having a great group of people cheering you on helps too :)
