The hours of operation are convenient. The facility is clean...and it is regularly swept and the equipment cleaned. The equipment is operational most of the time. If not, it is soon back on line. It is cool and comfortable. Just right for a work out.

Love the location, cleanliness, equipment and studios. I am disabled and have some physically habdicapping conditions, and only complaint I have is spin studio is all the way upstairs. Oh well I make it anyways…. Love, Love, Love my Inshape clubs and family!

I absolutely love the Riverlakes Branch! The clerks at the front counter are always friendly & I’m greeted with a smile! Nothing like a great first impression when you walk in the front door! Also, I want to give a big shout out to spin instructor Jolie! I love her 5:00am Monday spin class! She is always friendly, enthusiastic & encourages us to do our best! Thank you so much for adding her spin class to the Riverlakes schedule!

The employees are very nice and helpful. The gym is clean. Heather is a great Silver Sneakers instructor. I wish that all of the InShape gyms would offer exercise clothes for women over 60! All of the clothes you sell are for young women. You are missing a large group of women.
