I absolutely enjoy the Riverlakes gym, the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. The gym is clean inside and out. I recently went to the seven oaks gym on Ming Ave and was pleased with the cardio section, but the swimming pool had toys in my spouse’s swim lane and there was a foul smell in the women’s dressing area. Hopefully it will be addressed. Thank you

Clean facility, great equipment in good shape and not worn down. Attractive modern spaces for working out and sitting while relaxing. I like the classes offered. Would like more Silver Sneakers classes offered throughout the week.

Renee Henning is an outstanding fitness instructor. She has a passion for physical fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Renee's workout routines are excellent and have helped me improve and feel good physically and mentally. She has a deep understanding of the principles of fitness and motivates and connects so well with each of us in class. She makes working out fun. A big thank you to Renee for her enthusiasm, energy and making me look forward to coming to In-Shape on Coffee Road in Bakersfield.
