Where do I start? The staff is always friendly. I really appreciate how they acknowledge members as they arrive and leave. The Kid Zone staff (Dani, Gigi, Nikki, etc) are AMAZING with the kids! The instructors I take classes from (Lindsy, Rachel and Domingo) really know how to give us a great workout with hardwork, motivation and fun!! I just want to Thank Paul for leading a great team in a really clean gym!!

Riverlakes offers a welcoming environment, making club classes feel like attending a family reunion. The kid zone is a huge bonus, providing a safe space for our children while we moms get some personal time. The staff at the Riverlakes location is incredibly friendly and respectful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Riverlakes location consistently proves to be one of the better In Shape facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful, bathrooms and shower areas are clean, and equipment is generally in good working order. Group exercise instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging. However, the fans in the group exercise room need attention. They are very greasy and dirty, which is very noticeable when doing floor exercises.
