I really love the friendly staff. I'm always greeted with friendly and welcoming smiles. I love that I can get my workout in a timely manner. I see the staff always making sure the gym is very clean. Overall it's a very nice and pleasant gym to get my workout. Keep up the great work!

InShape has good quality equipment and friendly staff who are helpful. The Riverlakes location is very conveniently located but it is a bit small, so at the peak hours of the day it can be difficult to find space to work out. I love using the group fitness room, but there are always classes there with seemingly no breaks between them because on class goes late and the next one will start soon. Using this location on the weekends is the best because it is less busy. But, if working out close to other people is not an issue, then the Riverlakes location is perfect for you!

I definitely love the place. Every staff are very nice and friendly. Only thing I would like to request is having barbell spring clips for every bench, power lack and spaces for deadlifting. Sometime I have to walk around to get clips form other stations.
