I have never before enjoyed the experience of a gym and was prepared to dislike this experience but my doctor stressed the benefit of the experience. Much to my surprise I enjoy the experience and am seeing definite changes in my body and my energy. I am 81 years old and I intend to continue as long as able!

Has a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy! There is an area to relax and enjoy beverages and food while watching the sport games of indoor soccer, basketball, and multiple TVs!
