We just became members via our health plan coverage, we recently moved into the area and looking for a gym , what an awesome gym , we have worked out in Rocklin CA gyms , there are a variety of activities for my wife and I , staff is great always welcoming when you walk in. Wow, I had never been to this In-Shape before they got pizza. They’re pretty cool and it was neat to see the indoor soccer field. As usual they have the wonderful machines and I always love my stairmaster. They’re also very friendly and welcoming and wow I don’t remember any other gym staying open till 11 PM. That’s cool.

Love the Sports Complex! It’s in my neighborhood so I see my neighbors and friends every day. It’s not busy when I go and it’s kept clean. The Front Desk staff are friendly and efficient.
