Staff at the front desk and Javier are friendly. Like the equipment also. Didn’t give a 10 for this question only because no exercise classes are offered at this site-which forces me to go to other locations for any classes that I want to take.

In-Shape Sports Complex has been a game-changer for my fitness routine! The location is perfect, and I love how spacious the gym floor is - it's never too crowded, even during peak hours. Plus, being able to walk the soccer field during off-peak hours is a huge bonus. Shoutout to Assistant Manager Ben - he's always friendly and helpful! However, I haven't quite meshed with his twin brother Scott... Overall, I'm loving my experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great workout spot.

The people are always friendly, the place is neat and in order. Checking in is easy. My only pet peeve is the striping in the parking lot is so faded it makes parking a hassle. Also the parking lot could be cleaner as well, but I don’t know if those are things the gym has control over.
