It's the second best In Shape club I've been to. The only improvement could be to have towels and better amenities in the shower, and separate steam room and sauna areas for males and females. But that could just be a level thing. I'm probably comparing it to another club on a higher membership level. I don't know, I can go to any club almost except for like one at a country club. But Rockville has and amazing view from the pool deck, and as I was beginning my swim at sunset a beautiful rainbow appeared. It was amazing! Best workout too I like the salt water pool.

I like the location of the gym, a good variety of equipment, however, some of the machines have quite a few miles on them. I’ve noticed in the last few weeks that I have been there that the towelettes that can be used to wipe down equipment have either been empty or clogged up. It seems staff does not check them I’ve noticed them on their phones at the front desks rather than walking around the facility and checking on things. Also it would be nice to have water stations on the second floor similar to the one downstairs, I know this building is older and probably not an option. Overall I’m pleased with this in shape facility.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. There are plenty of weight lifting machines; I rarely have to wait for a particular machine. The same goes with the cardio equipment.

The sports complex staff is always so friendly! I love the weights section downstairs, especially because their dumbbells go above 100lbs. The upstairs equipment is also state-of-the-art. Fun atmosphere with all of the athletes in there!
