Everyone is very welcoming. I love they have a kids zone area for both my kiddos so I may have time to enjoy my workout. My husband and I love the fact it has a family pool area. And most of all I love my trainer Liz. She is very good at training. And most of all very knowledagable in the fitness area.

Ability to bring a daily guest. If desired, I can always have a workout partner, so I don't have an excuse not to go to the gym. This is probably the BEST perk.

The Roseville gym is always very clean, and the staff is always friendly! Any time I walk in, they welcome me in by name. The equipment is all working, and there's lot of weightlifting sections! I recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level!

Great experience, except the leg compression equipment. It gave me 3 times random messages that air was leaking, checked the plugs each time but maybe it can be looked over by someone with more experience than me. Thank you!

Lots of equipment in good repair. Staff are friendly… only complaint would be discourteous guests not reracking their weights and/or getting equipment off the floor at group fitness area (weighted bags, rollers, inflatable balls, etc). May we staff can police the floor once an hour?
