The club has plenty of space, and if one machine is being used, there's another like it close by. The bike in the room work smoothly and they seem well maintained. The staff is always friendly on entry, which is a great way to start the workout. Their was more cleaning during covid times, and I kind of miss knowing that the machines were kept clean.

Everyone is friendly, including d9nt feel bad that I am not as good as others at workouts, classes, ect. And I live all the classes offered and that I can always find a class that fits my schedule between any other the local in shape fitnesses.

This gym isn't just a place to work out physically - it's also my mental and emotional haven. The kindness and camaraderie from both staff and members make it feel like a playground for adults! The gyms are well equipped with excellent machines. The repairs and maintenance are done quickly so equipment is back in service within days. Other gyms that I have utilized (24-Hour Fitness) have worn, obsolete, broken-down machines that are usually inoperable for weeks or months.

Absolutely love this location! My wife and I bring our kids here every weekend. The childcare team is awesome and we love the front desk staff and management. Tasha always greets us like we are family. She knows us by name and the Kid zone employees know our kids by name. Thank you Roseville team for all you do.
