In-shape gym is an amazing facility with great equipment that is well-maintained. It’s perfect for whatever level fitness you’re in. Andrew, the manager, and his staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel welcome every time I go which is very important to me. I’m also a germaphobe, so having the towels with spray and the sanitizing wipes visible at arms reach before and after my exercises are great. I would definitely bring my family here and would encourage anyone to try this gym out if you are looking to start your fitness journey or wish to stay consistent.

Great staff, the GM Austin is great at what he does.
