You guys recently re models the outside sauna, stem room and pool area. It looks great, a big improvement than the old carpet, wet, smelly floor before. Now if you could rinse the inside on the stem room once every 4 hours, that would be wonderful. I now the stem is wet, but it still needs a light water hose spray. Just a two minutes spray would do. Just a suggestion. Thank you for your time and good work.😃

Inshape is a very great environment to workout at. I always know everytime i walk in I will not only have a good workout, but a clean and easy workout. Staff does a great job checking if the equipment is always working, also organizing the equipment when needed. They attend to every concern right away. A friendly environment with a friendly staff. I will 100% recommend inshape to others.

In-shape gym is an amazing facility with great equipment that is well-maintained. It’s perfect for whatever level fitness you’re in. Andrew, the manager, and his staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel welcome every time I go which is very important to me. I’m also a germaphobe, so having the towels with spray and the sanitizing wipes visible at arms reach before and after my exercises are great. I would definitely bring my family here and would encourage anyone to try this gym out if you are looking to start your fitness journey or wish to stay consistent.
