I love the facility! It is clean and has tons of machines! I go to In Shape here in North Main, Andrew , the manager is wonderful! The staff members are friendly and kind! The place is super clean! Bathroom is clean ! The fee is transparent and decent charge! When zi joined 2 years ago, no fee to join except annual maintenant fee which is understanding! Most of all, gym members are kind , nice, friendly and helpful! I don’t have problem with waiting time for machine! Love this gym! I have been introduce In Shape to my friends and colleagues!

I love the classes they offer especially sthreanght training and the zumba classes. Clean professional staff and instructors. Very friendly staff and exercise equipment is always available and is fixed fast if something breaks.

I love the machines and workout equipment.. especially the added hip thrust boxes/benches for my smith machine hip thrusts when the flat benches are being used. The staff is always so kind and welcoming and I appreciate the clean restrooms/locker rooms.
