Lots of machines and free weights. I swim laps and soak in the hot tub. Gym is clean, welcoming place to workout. Nice locker room

I like how large the facility is. It is never crowded there no matter what day you go. The staff is polite and friendly. I have recommended one of my friends to go there for swimming therapy. She really enjoys it.
