I'm absolutely loving my experience at In-Shape Gym! The facilities are top-notch, and the amenities are amazing. One of my favorite features is the steam room - it's the perfect way to unwind after a tough workout. The steam room is clean, well-maintained, and provides a great way to relax and rejuvenate my muscles. The gym itself is well-equipped, with a variety of cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating and supportive. Overall, I'm really impressed with In-Shape Gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

I like everything about in shape. In shape is a very exciting place to be there's no other workout facility that I'm aware of can't provide what inshape has to offer,it's exciting enthusiastic and most of all it's fun, the people that work at inshape are very nice and polite The facilities and equipment is always clean, the janitor is always on top of the bathroom the locker room etc etc.... If you want a good workout and be around nice people inshape is the place to be, Try it before you knock it..

I signed up for the senior exercise classes. I am pleased with the Silver Strength class. It was offered twice a week and now is down to only 1 day a week. I would really like to see an additional class added. This program has helped me alot. Thank you.

The exercise studio needs to be cleaned more often. I would like In-Shape to go back to giving free tee shirts with my points. The best thing about In-Shape is Desiree who teachers Mobility, Stability and Balance classes. I was very glad when the classes went to twice a week!!

I love the Zumba classes that are taught by Coco - her classes fill up fast on Monday and Wednesday. She is energetic and class is fun. Sunday morning Zumba class is great, too! I miss the chair yoga class thought by Edna.
