In-Shape Suisun, is incredible, clean, safe facility. Equipment, including spa, steam room and swimming pool are extremely maintained, restrooms, locker room and showers are always clean and well maintained. So in saying this I like to mention a incredible employee at In-Shape Suisun. He is Saul, he is always pleasant, friendly and has the willingness to hear members concerns and acts in a timely manner. Several months ago In-Shape Suisun got a new steam room and due to members impatience has caused many downtime days by adding water to the thermostat. No matter how frustrating this is, Saul goes beyond to make sure it is back up running in a timely manner. Saul put the spa on a cleaning schedule, which is great considering most members do not shower prior and in some cases wear clothes. I could go on and on about Saul how great he is. In-Shape Suisun is very fortunate to have Saul as their maintenance tech. Dave

I enjoy the people I meet, live in Vallejo and when I have doctor's appointments in Fairfield, I hang out at your gym. Also the gym in Vallejo has their steam room and sauna under construction.

Very much a ‘home’ gym! Clean, welcoming, and the atmosphere is family. I’d love to see the Suisun location payed attention to more as far as being modern and up to date with the facility like the other locations. But they are fortunate enough to be staffed by people like Shar and Rashida who go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience for members.
