The new flooring. The improvements to the pools, friendly front staff, immaculate facilities, nice locker room and showers, good music. I don’t like that there are no restrooms upstairs. And the parking lot is very tight and difficult to manage especially trying to park next to big trucks.

I love having my gym membership here. Dennis works so hard and keeps our pools sparkling clean. He is also so friendly and truly cares about the members and his work. I am happy to see the renovations that are happening. Vanessa at the front desk always has a big smile on her face. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] works so very hard. I truly hope that she gets recognized for keeping their restrooms and women’s locker room rooms so clean. That can be a thankless job. Keep up all the good work! I’ve been a member for 30 years!

I love it!’ Everything it’s clean and the women’s bathroom smells clean and fresh and has all the supplies in them. The clases start on time and the instructors are very polite helpful and friendly. I love the classes I’ve been taking. I like the club because it feels safe, relaxed amd I feel comfortable.

My wife and I are members of In Shape in Shingle Springs, the Vacaville facility is cleaner, spacious , and has much more choices in work out equipment, the pickle ball courts are in great shape, enjoyed the ease and the staff
