I enjoy my friends there, especially tennis; the associates are very friendly. However, since they have recently resurfaced the tennis courts, I am surprised that they allow people to ride their scooters all over the courts. Shouldn't these things be locked up? These bikes leave marks as the courts show wear and tear..

The gym atmosphere is great at browns valley. Some of the equipment needs some maintenance like adding lubricant to pulleys, cable attachments and such. Some of the cables on the machines are too long leaving lots of excessive play in the movements. They’re small things but I’m glad to be a member at browns valley.

All the amenities. Staff has always been great except for 1 person in particular at the Rancho Solano facility. I didn’t get her name. Also like that in shape is in most cities I pass through daily. Wish they had one in Petaluma.

When I enter the gym the staff is friendly. I appreciate that I can do my workout and leave. There is always room to do the workout I want. Although the gym is a family gym, as an adult, I feel that the children - no matter their age - are doing what they came to the club to do. Members are relatively friendly. The gym is clean and so is the equipment. I especially enjoy that there are many pools to meet the needs of all club members and that as we grow in our interests the gym has a large facility; pools, free weights, tennis, pickleball, raquet ball, circuit, etc.
