I love all your machines except the bike cycle. They are old and need replacing. The spin bikes are okay for the spin class. Machines are always available. The people there are nice. Customer service is great. I love the classes they have available. I wish they had a Pilates class for seniors and an Aqua Zuma class. I would definitely recommend In-Shape without a doubt.

The abundance of equipment and the space that has to offer in each facility. I have car machine the upstairs and downstairs and also like the white rooms are very spacious gym indeed. The only thing I miss when it used to be 24 hours.

Since joining In Shape last year, I think the dance classes have significantly improved. I enjoy going there. The instructors are using the microphones and providing a more in-depth step-by-step instruction. I would love to give a shout out to Trudy and Gene for doing a great job always.
