As living my best life retired, I work out on a daily basis. I tend to eat well, go places and do things. I want to hold on to this plateau as long as possible, it’s all in what you expect out of your gym and the customer service is excellent at In Shape. The equipment is cleaned all day, and the maintenance is constant

Staff is friendly and helpful. Cycle classes are great, especially Isaac’s and Marianne’s. My one complaint is that the 10lb free weights in area by the 30 minute workout area are always gone…. Perhaps you could get more??

I love the employees in the kid zone, they’re very good with my daughter as well as other children. I wasn’t comfortable with the idea of others watching my young child at first, and now today I know I can entrust them with her. I’m happy with how they treat children and my baby enjoys going there! She especially loves when they do face paint. Ms Kimberly happens to be my daughter’s favorite.
