My favorite classes are MSB taught by Trudi and Deserae and also Silver Sneakers Classic taught by Stephani. All these teachers are personable and funny and knowledgeable. My husband really likes the circuit equipment.

I LOVE IN-SHAPE FITNESS, I JUST HAVE ONE REQUEST THAT THEY EXTEND THEIR HOURS ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS. EXTRA HOURS REALLY WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND USUALLY IT'S LESS PEOPLE IN THE GYM WORKING 💪🏾 OUT LATE NIGHT! TRULY THE BEST TIME TO WORK OUT. OTHER THAN THE TIMES, IT'S REALLY A NICE & SPACIOUS WORKOUT FACILITY. STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING AND PEOPLE ORIENTED. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HAVING ME! ONE LOVE TINO

The facility is well equipped and kept in good shape. Machine cables are maintained along with the upholstery. The pools and courts are kept in excellent condition. Bathrooms and showers are in need of an upgrade or deep cleaning.

Everyone is very nice I just wish that they could get all their treadmills working it’s very frustrating to have to wait until one becomes available. I’m lucky that I was able to do it but I’ve even changed the time of day I go to the gym in hopes of finding an available treadmill!!!

the gym and the equipment are new and clean. In addition, there are classes for seniors, and no one is made to feel intimidated regardless of age, gender or level of fitness.

The gym is Awesome, including the staff. I’m happy about the fact they’re finally getting the gym equipment repaired and the fact that they have a repair tech there on the daily basis. The upgrades are slow but they are improving things in the gym. I wouldn’t hold my def recommend friends to this gym.
