I love the idea of reserving lanes for my swim workout. The pool is the perfect temperature for an hour of laps. The jacuzzi is heavenly. It's spacious, temperature is nice and hot and the jets are strong. The staff is friendly. At times you run out of towels. I like to make sure I have a towel for my hair, so water doesn't drip on your bathroom floors, coming out of the shower. I love the water extractor machine and the bathroom is always clean. Overall, my experience is always excellent. It feels like I'm on vacation when I swim at In-Shape.

I enjoy all of the amenities offered. From hot tub, to the new sauna, pool, classes, clean locker rooms, the tennis courts, and the massage room. Also I love the friendly staff. I don't like the operating hours on the weekend. I also don't like how early the club closes on Fridays. The parking gets really congested on the weekdays too. Members are forced to park outside the club's lot on peak weekdays (4-7pm). Overall, Thank you
