The staff is exceptionally friendly, the establishment is kept very clean, especially the (ladies room) 👍🏾
There's plenty of space to get your workout done plus they offer a wide range of group classes (Perk 1) we just received a newly renovated sauna 🫶🏾
(Perk 2) you can bring a friend to work out with you no limit on entry as long as your there

Staff are friendly and supportive. Blanca who is the manager in the gym is very friendly , opened minded, helpful and willing to work in all areas of the gym. I have seen her at the front desk, walking the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly and that individuals are satisfied. She keeps up on setting up maintenance and repaid when informed of problems. I have seen her mop floors, advise and assist individuals with their Apps for InShape . I believe she is a superb employee and I can see her growth from where I was an InShape member years ago. When I reentered after being gone for years, I can tell a difference. She deserved a Pat on the Back and raise. Thank you.

The staff is great and always friendly equipment is always clean I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience visiting while all the staff is great I feel like I have to mention Terrell and carice they’re always super helpful and knowledgeable about workouts and supportive of our gym goals and even after we took a longer gym break they were extremely supportive when we decided to come back
