I have been coming to inshape since its inception. This club has so much to recommend it. The facility is clean, which reflects so well on the custodial staff who are ever-present. There is so much attention to detail in the cleaning routine. the administrative staff is responsive to requests and understands their clientele. What I like best about the club is that it does not discriminate against any age group. I find the classes for seniors so age appropriate and non-judgmental. This is not always the case at gyms.
