I have noticed lately a homeless person sleeping in the chair in the pool area early in morning. No paper towels in men’s restroom most of the time. Not enough towels and spray bottles to wipe down machines. Otherwise great gym

Fast easy check in. I like that they have a pool with Aqua Fit classes. Clean restrooms and locker room area. Warm Showers after the pool.

A good variety of class offerings. The Victorville club is a friendly inviting environment . My one criticism is…it’s very disappointing that this club NO LONGER accepts the Silver Sneakers membership program for Seniors. This is a missed opportunity in my view. While there is a senior discount available, why not give more seniors the opportunity to take advantage of your amenities by honoring SS for Seniors! We’re already paying for that in our Medicare plans.

I like that they have daycare. I like that they have a lot of cardio machines. I like that they have a lot of areas for doing weights what I do hate about in shape. Victorville is that it’s hard to find disabled parking.

Positive environment. Great classes. Trainers are phenomenal! Workout choices are endless. Massage recovery. Retail rebates. Point system is encouraging! The app and reservations make it effortless to plan my week. Water therapy and sauna too! Showers are a absolute must to be able to leave ready to take on the next thing, whether work or sleep! Thank you!
