This In-Shape feels like a gym, more so than some of the other locations (Carmichael, East Arden hello). Appreciate the fitness studio being big, bright and well ventilated with ceiling fans. Also appreciate the large monitor which displays classes for the week outside the studio.

I like the vast amount and diversity of exercise equipment there is. Also I enjoy the dry and wet saunas. The hot tub is great for relaxing and the pool is great for swimming.

I love the kids club!! The employees are excellent and helpful. I along with a number of other members are extremely upset that they have removed the hair dryers in the women’s bathroom at the Watt location. They charge us more in yearly upgrades and then take away necessary amenities. It is very heavy to have to bring a hairdryer in our gym bags. They offer aqua aerobics but expect elderly women to leave with wet hair in the cold weather i’ve been a member for 25 years and this is one amenity. I always appreciated. Other than that, I love the club.
