I love everything about In The Shape Fitness to the outstanding customer service, the welcoming front desk staff, the variety of classes, and the clean, well-kept facility on Watt Avenue. The gym offers a wide range of machines, and everyone is always ready to lend a hand if you need help.

I love the Arden near Watt location, the friendly staff, the relatively new and secure lockers, unlike those at In-Shape on Alhambra Blvd., the shower-and-restroom door accessible from the pool area instead of having to go through to the women's locker room, the outdoor pool with adjoining 2-ft. deep kids pool with a gradual ramp entry, the wifi, group class rooms, expansive kids care including fitness routine opportunities in late afternoon and early evening, the jacuzie, and the smoothie bar.

My experience with in-shape is much bigger than what I had in the past with other gyms, and they have so much more to offer meaning machines and they're clean and friendly. To some people who are looking to spread their ideas of equipment they probably would have it including basketball courts.This place is a dream although they have massage machines that would be extra also their people who work out with you as well is extra I guess that standard. Overall it's worth it.
