This location is consistently well-maintained, and the front desk staff are always welcoming and highly knowledgeable. They make a genuine effort to get to know their customers, greeting each person personally upon arrival and departure.
Very clean. Nice locker rooms. My kid loved the kids club and the pool area. Super nice that they let the Arden training staff train clients while Arden is recovering from the fire. Saw a ton of people participating in the VTL fit, so the trainer running that must be doing a great job. Wish there were more squat racks considering the size of the gym. That’s really the only reason for a 9 instead of 10.
We usually attend the Arden location on Fair Oaks, and the Watt location has been refreshing! The equipment is well-maintained, it’s clean, the childcare staff was attentive. We will definitely come back!
I enrolled in the added benefit for tanning and extra quest. Unfortunately other members not paying for this are using the tanning room unchecked by the staff. I make appointments but it is not enforced and I have to wait for those taking the time slot I arranged. I am not going to continue paying for something that is not enforced.
I’m giving a 7 not a 10
Coz usually when we ask questions at the reception
They cannot answer they are clueless . Very few knows what’s going on . This is our sentiment but the cleanliness I’ll give it a 9 no smell compared to other gym they stink when you enter .. one favor please make sure the big room where most of the classes are held to be cleaned .. also we get confused as to what time does our class really start I’m talking about the Thursday class where it’s back to
Back to back
Thanks
This gym is very clean and spacious. My only complaint is the limited selection of TV channels.
Used to have local channels and MSNBC available on treadmills with TV's. Too many sport channels.
I love the In-Shape Watt and Arden club. I have already provided reasons for appreciation of the club in my earlier feedback. Would like to give a shout-out to the following trainers: Angela, Jaimie, Ron, Sylvia, Amber, and Dana. Mondays have both Ron and Angela teaching around the same time. I wish Ron's classes were on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings so we don't have to choose between the two popular teachers. I wish Dana can teach Yoga in the evenings. With many of the state workers going back to in-person 4 days a week, it will be beneficial to move some of the popular classes to after 5 PM. Please ensure both studios are vacuumed regularly. They tend to accumulate visible dust on the floor, grossing us out when we are on the floor exercising. Overall great experience
