I was having trouble accessing my app, my in shape app, and the young lady at the front counter was extremely helpful. She was friendly and courteous, and I felt so welcomed by her. It made a big impact on me and the gym was remodeled well stocked with incredible equipment with so many options and clean. I was very impressed with my experience that day.

I began my health and strength experience about a month ago. I'm in Silver Sneakers and have enjoyed the women in the classes I've attended. They have been very helpful and welcoming. The instructor is lively, but tells the students to go at their own pace
