Personally I really enjoy going to the gym. Because most of the people who work there are very nice they make you feel very comfortable and confident to ask questions about how to use the equipment. I also like the classes that they have. I always try to make it to the classes. Because the instructors are very helpful and professional.so my experience has been great.

Love the Silver Sneakers class. I attend on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Instructor, Cynthia is the best and makes the class fun and informative. Will keep going as long as I can.

This may sound a bit bias, but I truly love going to workout. And not strictly because of the benefits of health, but it's actually the staff. I am keenly aware that staff who work in the public sector are told to present themselves in a friendly manner in order to generate membership. But the Family oriented atmosphere that your In-Shape staff provides, is TRULY authentic. Their smiles, words of encouragement, are extremely welcomed to members like myself. In other words, going there just to see their smiling and welcomed faces is therapeutic for me. One staff member, Elijah, saw the hurt on my face due to divorce proceedings. I thought I hid my emotions well, lol. But he saw right through it and became to talk with me and encouraged me to pray. How meaningful was that? And they (Staff) don't promote their religious beliefs on members, but it's a plus with me and numerous other members who enjoy seeing and hearing young people who believe. It's absolutely refreshing! And by the way, I love In-Shape's marketing tool. By hiring all ex-models and great looking staff. I'm on to you, lol, lol. But in all honestly, their unequal professionalism is indicative of your skills to hire the best people. Congratulations on a job well done. And I take pride in knowing ALL OF THEIR NAMES. In Shape White Lane has been my home gym for years now. I have visited other local gyms as well but none compare to the white lane location. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Despite it being a busy gym the gym is always cleaned. The equipment is great and the staff is quick to fix any broken ones.
