Just want to take a moment to recognize Eric as he is always exceptionally pleasant and a great person to see in the morning. I have noticed he makes it a point to be helpful, but more important there is an elderly gentleman that drives a marroon Honda that needs help with his walker, doors etc and Eric is always helpful to them. Additionally, I never see him idle as he alway dusting, cleaning or doing something. On different subject...several TVs have been out for several months. I understand things break, but 6+ months of TV being out is not acceptable.

There is a nice variety of equipment and space to exercise. The pricing structure makes it affordable to access the gym. The child care option is great, u won’t be able to workout without this feature.

I’ve been a member at In-Shape for 10 years now, and I can honestly say it’s the best gym experience I’ve ever had. A decade of consistency says it all—this place has truly become a second home for me. From day one, the staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Whether it’s answering questions, giving advice, or just offering encouragement, they genuinely care about their members and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. We have a terrific manager in Veronica and the assistant manager Angie. The 2 of them keep a very clean place, equipment running smoothly, and have hired good additional staff. In my opinion, this is the best team since Justin moved on to another location.

Angie is a responsible human being. She takes the time to lead her coworkers in order to become responsible Humans. If it wasn’t for her,Nathan, alecksuh, Allen,Sean,Nick, and marcos, things wouldn’t get done. I enjoy having someone help me ring up energy drinks or give me discounts. They’re very patient and they never get mad at people when they yell on the phone. What I like the most about them is their willingness to show up everyday and present sincere maturity and patience.
