There are so many and different kind of equipment to train on as well as many activities like Yoga (several different kinds, such as, yogaflow, bodypump, core, bodybalance, step), Pilates, Zumba. Also, there is a 25 m, three lanes indoor pool, hot tub and two spas. Supervised child care is also available on site. Hence, my wife and I like this facility very much and go there myself three times a week while my wife goes there 5-6 times a week for different classes.

I enjoy going to In-Shape and the sauna. However, since the membership price increased, I haven’t seen new machines. I would like to see more since I received an email stating that the price increase was due to improvements. I’ve also noticed that we no longer have a reusable rag to clean the machines after each workout, and we’re now required to use paper towels. I believe it’s more efficient to clean the way we used to, as we could spray cleaner onto the reusable rag more effectively.
