I’m really just here to tell you the new manager has the club moving forward. Were getting long needed items, the cleanliness of the club and stocking of supplies has really turned around. It’s noticeable! There used to be a lot of frustrated people, but that has chaged.

Clean lots equipment exercise classes we have valuable trainers nice and friendly and try to helpful showing the right way of holding weights and doing the exercises. Cleaning the areas very friendly say good morning or afternoon always smiles on the face which makes lots of difference. Meeting new people seeing their energy to become like them .

We recently got a new manager, Olivia. She has been such a positive force for our local gym. Maintenance has really picked up and she is very helpful responding to member concerns. I feel she deserves much praise for her leadership. I also want to mention my favorite instructor, Micki who teaches both Aqua and Studio classes. As a senior, I speak for myself and other seniors who are In Shape members. She is such a professional and an inspiration to us. Her classes are always well attended because she’s so good at what she does and we all feel heard and safe with her.

I love the Zumba instructors Damien and Blanca and u-Jam Anntontte as I have been going to their classes for about 4 yrs now. The front staff has been incredibly helpful and pleasent to greet each time I go. I just met Olivia the manager there the other day and she is super sweet and helpful. The vibe of the gym is always welcoming.

I've always loved in shape. Although in the past, I often experienced things being broken (a lot) and empty (i.e., papertowels, toilet paper), recently however, the gym has really improved. At least in the mornings, papertowels/toilet paper is stocked, things have been fixed (light bulbs, hair dryers, and tiles is the ladies), towels are in stock, and there are even flowers in the changing/bathroom!! Such a change! I am not sure if it is the new lady employee that is working mornings, but keep it up, it's been fantastic.
