Billy was great in person, Mike was fantastic on the phone and I can’t remember the others gentleman’s name but he also gave great customer service! Very friendly staff! I pulled up with my bicycle on the back of the car and Mike, the store manager, walked out and helped me take it off the rack and walked it into the store. My bike had an issue with the front disk brake that DJ, the technician, tried to fix with the existing components. The issue was quickly resolved with new components, installed jiffy quick and was headed out with a repaired bicycle in no time. Both Mike and DJ were very friendly and helpful, as well as the technician working in the next stall whose name I didn’t get. However, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is such a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this shop for anything bicycle related! You guys get 5 stars!! (I don’t usually give reviews like this, but well deserved!)
