I have been dreaming of a workout like this. I have had a lot of neck pain and I knew it was due to lack of core strength. I wanted a workout that would help me get deep into my core and free my neck. I did my first workout yesterday with Jon. It released 80% of my neck pain. This workout seems to me to be essential, before any other exercise, this practice gives the body the essential balance and strength. I completely understand the principle behind theses movements and that a once a week workout is perfect for the muscles to complete their job but, I have to say, I would love to do it more because, it feels so good. I loved the workout. I could feel my muscles that were targeted, working at a very deep core level. I left with a lot of energy and desire to do more. I also had a great night's sleep as Sheila said that I would.

First of all I love Ann, I've been Ann's client for about two years and she is the best. Always has a postive attitude and very helpful with my questions regarding worksouts and eating habits. Plus I love the fact that I can come in once a week and do a workout that would takes days at the gym. It's the best!
First and foremost, the results. I credit this to the professionalism and expertise of my trainer - Ann Kirkland. The challenge with anyone considering the Program is to accept that the approach requires study to understand and perhaps a "leap of faith". If you are expecting "over-night" results you'll be disappointed. You'll experience results once you accept that success depends on correct implementation of the exercises. You will see that doing In Form Fitness once a week for thirty to forty-five minutes works. It has for me.
I like everything. Ann is the best. I love free parking. You're workout space is very comfortable. I appreciate that Ann is always so accomodating when my schedule fluctuates and I have to move my appointment.
