I look forward to coming in into the studio whether it’s for dance, workouts, or stretching. Huge shoutout to Teyama for being such an amazing instructor who is encouraging and willing to answer questions. She truly embodies the confident energy the studio promotes. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be better temperature regulation in the pole rooms. At times, the rooms feel very humid, which affects grip on the poles and can make trying more advanced tricks feel unsafe because the poles become slippery. Aside from that, the front desk staff are always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming, which makes the overall experience even better.

I had a great time taking this class for the first time. I also like that I didn't have to bring stilettos, although now I feel confident to bring them next time. The instructor was super sweet and patient. I love all the choreography moves and music. Very energetic, fun, and overall one of the best classes I've ever been to.

I love that the classes are small. Butt Naked Fine is just what I'm going to get if I keep going to this class. I also enjoyed the Caribbean Dance class. I was definitely out of my comfort zone, but the class was fun. The instructor was encouraging and lively. Both instructors were attentive.

The front desk lady was extremely welcoming and very friendly/informative. The follow up and emails from the studio and my teacher were very kind. I noticed they even had a security man in the parking lot! Everything was so professional and clean. I would highly recommend Inner Me to all my friends as well as I have another lesson tomorrow!!!

Very easy to book. The staff were very helpful and professional. We appreciated the welcoming champagne and birthday marquee. We definitely enjoyed the class and didn’t feel rushed. It was a great experience.
