Had a battery rebuilt and not had chance to use it, so can't say about service yet. I noticed when I got the battery pack back two of the four tabs that hold battery in place were broken off. The other battery I have like it has no broken tabs. Charging battery now will use later and see if I will rebuild the other battery and recommend this service to my friends. I did like the product selection when visiting the store.
