Living in a small rural community I enjoy the fact if I can't find something local, I can pick up the phone or drop an email and have it coming in a timely manner. And it gets delivered to my door. Always had great customer service, even when I made a mistake in ordering, our delivery driver picked up the phone and got the proper battery ready for the next day. Can't ask any better than that.
