I had the best experience with buying batteries last week! Jun Alip, the store manager at the 12560 W 64th Ave Arvada CO store and his staff were exceptional and deserve the highest praise! When I called to get some general information the girl that answered, sadly I do not remember her name, was so helpful with answering my questions, suggesting ideas that helped, and ultimately transferring my call to the Jun, she started everything off wonderfully. Jun took over and took care of getting us set up with a commercial account and provided great pricing, accurate lead times, that he actually exceeded, and more extremely helpful ideas about delivery and pickup. He anticipated my questions in a helpful way and had the answers ready. Exceptional customer service and professionalism. Jun is an asset to the company! Then Justin delivered the batteries and picked up the old cores and was very professional, understanding and helpful throughout the process. We get a lot of deliveries each week and Justin really left a mark and made me wonder why other companies that deliver to us can't do as great of a job as Justin did. Jun and his employees deserve the highest praise and have earned our business exclusively. We will be back and I have already recommended his shop. Thank you Jun!
