I walked in with my battery, and before I could say anything, the guy told me to set it on the cart and he tested it. I liked that. He determined my battery had a bad cell, and he went to the back room and got me a new one. The transaction was very straightforward and the guy was very professional, which I appreciated. He also told me about the warranty.
