First I like dealing with local businesses. We arrived approx 3:15 Scott came out to check my batteries for my medical scooter. Needed new ones, he also noticed at a fuse didn't look quite right that was also replaced. Everything was put together and back on the scooter in working order. The store was very friendly and we were out of there just before they closed. We will be back, have an lawn mower and another scooter that needs batteries. Thanks

The quality. I also like that they have the specialty batteries in stock, and sell enough of them to be fresh. I'm concerned about the warranties for my specialty batteries not being competitive though.
