First time I have used an Interstate battery store. We WILL be back! I failed to get the employee's name, but I called several hours before and inquired about a new batt for my Ford Explorer and said that I would probably be there in the late afternoon to get the 850cca version of the gold batt. I walked in, said need a new battery for my Ford Explorer and he immediately asked if I called before, I stated "Yes" - he grabbed the correct battery, put it on his tool cart. We walked out to the car, he did his "thing" even while I was complaining about the old battery (p.o.s) and he wasn't offended - all was well in his world! Nice to see and deal with people in today's world that accept a customer's frustration and ability to diffuse it to a point that you gain a new customer for future purchases. There is no doubt about your product and it's qualifications - employees though that can handle anything, now those are a gem! Give him my kudos for doing a job well done, in and out in record time - and he even took time to advise that they do work on portable tool batteries and the cost.

Interstate Battery always has what I need and give us good advice. Everything from hearing aid batteries, car and truck batteries, flashlight, cell phone and home phone, remote batteries they have it all. We do not go anywhere else because they always have what we need and at a good price too.

Interstate All Battery Center has them all. Hearing Aid, Auto, Remote, Phone, Toy Watch etc. they have it! People are great help too. They recycle your old batteries too. Super ! We buy all our batteries at Interstate All Battery Center!

The customer service was outstanding! In the past I've shopped the Plano and McKinney Centers and was disappointed to learn they are permanently closed. Because I live in Oak Point the store in Corinth showed up on my phone. They are by far the best of the three...so glad they are still in business!

Same car battery that AAA use if you need a battery when you call them for help. Use Interstat Batteries for my hearing aids too.

Love getting the $10 gift certificate good on my next purchase. I have been using your hearing aid batteries for over a year now and find them very good buy with the $10 gift certificate. Please do not drop this offer. I am a senior citizen and this is one of many things I by that can be very expensive elsewhere. We also by our smoke alarm batteries at Interstate Battery and at Christmas time for the many toys for the grandkids. So thank you very much for being in our neighborhood!
