The customer service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have used their service many times. They were my go-to battery store for many years. The products are very over priced now. Granted they have a great warranty, but if Costco was open at the time I needed the battery, I would have gotten it from there and saved $60 on the same battery.
