TK Salvatore has been my Interstate Battery Rep for several years and he has always been extremely helpful and accomodating in our dealings. He has been known to deliver batteries to me at times when he was in my area. Other times he calls the shop in Ft Collins and has them set the batteries out for me to come pick up. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Knowledgeable rep/tech discussed the battery replacement options for my 2014 Toyota RAV4. He took care of me and installed the new battery with no issues. Your products are reliable which is extremely important. Your service in the store or in the field is great. TJ who is the Commercial Sales Manager for our area has helped in the past with providing cables and connectors for a different style of battery we have gone to. He recently delivered some batteries and explained the difference between the old and new ones that should provide more reliability and life. Jennifer the Internal Sales Support person in our region calls frequently to inquire about our battery needs. She recently helped me with a special battery request and ensured I was receiving the best battery and best price compared to other battery suppliers. Both TJ and Jennifer are great to work with.
