The reason I go to Interstate is because I like the quality of their batteries When I first started going there the installation was for free Then it went to 15 dollars This last time it was 20 dollars This is a rip off, stealing without a gun - 20 dollars for 10 minutes of service I wish I could have made this kind of money when I was in the repair business What happened to customer service - out the window I know you will not hare this with anyone - why do I waste my time Another case of a company ripping off its customers
