The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. He tested the battery and alternator for me. He made arrangements for a reconditioned battery to be sent from the warehouse for me. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the warehouse had sent the wrong one. I knew that it needed to be replaced at that point so I asked to purchase a new one. He gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. He then installed the battery for me and was EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with the entire time. I will return for any battery needs and will highly recommend to anyone!

I've purchased items from the Champaign store before and happened to be in Lafayette, IN and needed a phone battery. I searched it out on line, and found the store. The stores seems to have almost everything....plus recycling. The clerk was very helpful with a battery my wife needed for some solar lighting, even after we turned down the offer to order the needed battery. It ended up being more expensive than the entire light. I did though, purchase a phone battery.
