Everyone at Iowa Bike co in Pella was so personable & knowledgeable. I feel like they were interested in making sure that they sold a bike to me that was the best bike for my current needs. I was unable to successfully ride the first bike I tried, an olive green regular two-wheeled bicycle that I really liked, due to my left knee being too stiff to fully bend when peddling. I hadn't kept active after a knee replacement due to various reasons, plus hadn't had a bike in probably 30 years, which didn't inspire confidence either. I had turned my attention to a 3-wheeled peddle assisted bike even though I was disappointed in my inability to ride the regular bike. The sales people encouraged me to stick with the bike I really liked, which by the way, was less expensive, instead of the 3-wheeled peddle assist because it would allow me to increase my balance abilities! They made the regular bike work for my knee issue by exchanging the crankshaft for one that works for my legs! I'm very happy with the experience I had at the Iowa Bike co in Pella & will recommend the store to anyone looking to buy a new or used bike!
