Chris and the team are always willing to go above and beyond to get me the parts service to keep us on the trail! I recently traded in my daughters older trail bike and the gave me a super fair trade in value. The also had all the parts I needed and to maintain several other bikes in our family’s fleet. Iowa Bike is the best around and I cannot recommend them enough!

Products are good quality. Very friendly and able to answer questions about their products. They recommend products that I didn’t know about but very useful to me. They also can give advice about bike trails. Very helpful.

I have always had good service and apparently the last time I was there I asked about some "Bike Sandals". Got notified just a few days ago that they were in. Sadly I'm almost 1000 miles away and won't be closer until Spring. If they are still there when I get back close, I will try them on and most likely take them home with me. Please support local business in your area.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from the Iowa Bike Co. They were fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was getting some warranty work done on a bike I purchased online. I asked for a detailed receipt so I could send it in. They were very thorough and detailed everything I asked for. I will definitely return.
