My son's bike recently had another flat tire. The team at Iowa Bike quickly found the issue and replaced the tube at no charge. I really appreciate that they were able to get this done so quickly, as it is not too convenient to drive out of town to pick up the bike and bring it in. Since they were able to get the issue resolved quickly and cheerfully, it saved us another trip.
