Came in without an appt. (service) and was greeted with a warm and friendly tech who scheduled my work and told me it would be done by the end of the day, which it was. Fixed my tire and rewrapped by bars which was great! Super Experience. When I picked up my bike I asked the tech about what would be the equivalent of my bike (Trek 1200) to a 2026 Trek Road Bike...she was very informative and answered my question.
