We've been shopping for ebikes for awhile. We stopped in to see what Pella's Iowa Bike Co. had. Kelsey was a great help answering our many questions and allowing us to test ride a few bikes. Those test rides resulted in ordering 2 Velotric ebikes from them. Kelsey was great to work with and we love our bikes! It was a great experience.

Went in with a problem on my older E bike. I came out with a new Volotric. The owner was great and honest. No pressure and just sound advice. Would recommend this company to anyone interested in a new bike and or maintenance. All the help were great answered all questions and treated me like a family member
