Kris and his team do a great job of finding you the right bike, fitting you for that bike, and teaching you how to take care of it. While I live over an hour away, the drive was worth it to get my bike and have it serviced by a team focused on you and your overall experience.

Every time I need service work done, they are very timely with their work and communicate well with me via e-mail or text. They also recognize special circumstances and are willing to work with those needing a bike as their primary mode of transportation. They also contribute back to the community in many different ways.

Kris and Roy were a great help. This is our 3rd bike purchased at Iowa Bike and we always go back for the kindness, the knowledge they all have and the fact that they really do care about their customers. We have referred many friends there. We are over 2 1/2 hours away and make it a must stop when we camp in Pella every year. Thank you, Iowa Bike, for always making our purchases worthwhile.
