When picking up our new bikes a technical issue was found on one of them. Techs stopped working on their projects to get our bike ready as quickly as possible. Great service.

Roy was very knowledgeable on selections of bike. We chose to purchase Aventon Aventure 3 over the phone after in person phone. Went to pick up both bikes 4 days later Roy told me the large AA3 had sold. After the confusion we discovered u was the buyer lol. Chris the owner was fantastic as well I inquired about veterans discount promoted by Aventon and he honored it. Thank you Iowa Bike it was a great experience.

Great sales and service. Called about getting parts for our bikes. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed ,new what was in inventory,Very nice to work with. Received notice that the part was in mail soon after talking to them. I would recommend them for any bike needs.

Quality customer service - returned my voicemail, got my two bikes in for annual service within 7 days at the height of pre-season and were communicative about what my bikes needed in terms of service and not. Quick turn around got me back on the road to home in less than 4 hours for two basic bike services.
