When I do what the coaches say I get great results! I got to 16.5% body fat and was never hungry!
And the people are lots of fun to work out with and hang out with!
The coaches take a personal interest in each of the members. As an older person, I was hesitant to join a fitness club; but they have been very helpful in guiding me along the way.
The coaches - Justin, Jason, and Neil make everyone feel welcome and encouraged. The workouts are tough, but they explain every part of it so well and support the Tribe along the way. I am able to push myself in ways I never thought I could because the coaches have guided me to the realization that I CAN do hard things. I walk away every single time feeling like I have really accomplished something.
The coaches are outstanding - knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, patient - and inspiring! The whole community is extremely supportive and encouraging. I can’t say enough great things about the experience so far!
Everything, the coaches are great. The instruction is great. They do a very good job at making sure you do everything the way it should be done in order to get a good workout and not get injuries. There’s no pressure to do crazy weights or anything out of the ordinary and if you do have something that you can’t do, they will find a work around so that you can get something out of it.
Iron Tribe is a place like no other. It is my home away from home, my happy place and my people. The workouts make you stronger, sure, but the people make it meaningful and fun.
Individualized workout plans. Professional workout oversight to ensure proper form, balance, and muscle group function. Personal attention given to each member regardless of past exercise or training experience. Motivation and encouragement always provided.
The staff is excellent. I enjoy the work outs, though they are difficult. At 44, I need to work around periodic injuries, the staff is happy to suggest other options in a no-guilt way. I wish I could go 5 days a week is my only regret!
