The coaches are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The atmosphere is one of being a place where friends come together to workout. There’s a sense of team and that we are all pulling for each other to improve and become a better version of ourselves.
1. My workout are designed with my very specific needs and goals and my coach is not only very accommodating but interested in my goals.
2. The ongoing support and help of all the coaches during workouts. This includes both helping me dial in proper form, and encouraging me to work hard.

I came to this place looking for a different type of workout than just going to a gym and having to share weight machines and equipment. I found that in Iron Tribe but I wasn't expecting to find an intense 45 minute workout that leaves me sometimes breathless and totally exhausted; but has also been of great benefit to me. The Coaches are very knowledgeable and are always available and ready to help you master the fone points of lifting the weights to minimize injury and you get the most out of every workout. I love everything about Iron Tribe Brentwood! The gym is a real community, and a welcoming and inclusive one. The trainers and management are fully engaged and do their utmost to make sure that athletes at all levels are encouraged and supported. The depth of knowledge about fitness, injury prevention, nutrition, and health is truly impressive. They also make it fun!
I’m new to strength training and all of the coaches have been so supportive and helpful. You can tell the coaches are invested in the success of its members as they make a point to give you constructive feedback on how to correct your form and acknowledge you when they see you pushing harder. 3 weeks in and I am feeling stronger and have already gained a pound of muscle.
