I love everything about Iron Tribe Brentwood! The gym is a real community, and a welcoming and inclusive one. The trainers and management are fully engaged and do their utmost to make sure that athletes at all levels are encouraged and supported. The depth of knowledge about fitness, injury prevention, nutrition, and health is truly impressive. They also make it fun!
I’m new to strength training and all of the coaches have been so supportive and helpful. You can tell the coaches are invested in the success of its members as they make a point to give you constructive feedback on how to correct your form and acknowledge you when they see you pushing harder. 3 weeks in and I am feeling stronger and have already gained a pound of muscle.
The workouts are challenging. The people and culture of the place is friendly and inviting. I can work with the trainers to adjust the workout if I have a small injury or if I’m trying to protect a part of my body from injury.
My main coach Bo, as well as Roshawn take extra time to help me get my form right. This is making a huge difference for me to be able to train without hurting myself. Roshawn is especially good at talking through the mental part of my training.
All of the coaches are kind and have an attitude of encouragement and “we’ll figure this out” without making me feel stupid.
I also love the consistency. I like that we we have to sign up for specific times with limited numbers.
It has everything! Fantastic community, awesome coaches, and great workouts! You will always feel welcome from the other people in classes. The coaches are expertly trained and legitimately invested in your goals. And workouts are a great mix of adaptable and challenging depending on your skill and fitness level. Couldn’t ask for more from a gym!
