We're doing the right amount of strength and interval work and I can measure my own progress week to week. Strength and fitness is critical especially in your 30's and into the middle ages. Eric is an excellent intructor.

Eric, Caleb, and Lauren and the DT members. We’re highly successful, self motivated, gluttons for punishment. And we keep showing up for each other and ourselves. What’s not to like about an in-shape dysfunctional family😎

The environment is really welcoming and supportive

Skills and caring coaches. Results in improved health. Peer community. All shapes and sizes of members.

Caleb is great to work with: knowledgeable, approachable, creates challenging workouts while honoring orthopedic or other health considerations, adjusts if something is too much or too little, provides feedback on technique with adjustments, and has a good sense of humor.

Eric has been great to work with. He knows his stuff and knows how to motivate.

Eric is always open to adjusting my Prime workouts when my body is stiff and unable to perform workouts with the barbell. He focuses on making my workouts a challenge while helping me not over exert myself.
