We're doing the right amount of strength and interval work and I can measure my own progress week to week. Strength and fitness is critical especially in your 30's and into the middle ages. Eric is an excellent intructor.

Caleb is great to work with: knowledgeable, approachable, creates challenging workouts while honoring orthopedic or other health considerations, adjusts if something is too much or too little, provides feedback on technique with adjustments, and has a good sense of humor.
Eric is always open to adjusting my Prime workouts when my body is stiff and unable to perform workouts with the barbell. He focuses on making my workouts a challenge while helping me not over exert myself.
