The group setting. Is much easier to push myself

The coaches are great which helps build a community of individuals who are likes minded and focused on their health and wellness.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. All of the coaches are so encouraging and there’s a great team atmosphere at the gym. Despite being fairly new to weightlifting and pretty out of shape, the coaches still take their time to work with me, encourage me to push harder, and help me nail my form. All of the gym members too have been so so friendly. I’ve only been in three or four times but every time I’ve made a new friend and been cheered on by total strangers. 10/10 would recommend ITF to ANYONE looking to get in shape, no matter their skill level!

Great coaches and great variety of workouts!

All of the trainers push you to be a better version of yourself and share encouragement at any level. No judgement whatsoever for beginners.

The community and the push to be better by the trainers! Great atmosphere and a great experience!!

Best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The community is amazing, the support is wonderful and even after 6 years of training there the workouts continue to push me to get better.

Britt and Josh are welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I have felt like I’ve been taken care of while trying something new.

I like the one-on-one training I am able to receive and the super positive, encouraging attitude of coaches and Tribe members alike. My coach creates an individualized plan to help me reach my personal goals.

Everything! The coaches, the people, the atmosphere and yeah the workouts even though I think they are trying to kill me. This is different than the big box gyms. Everyone developes a sense of community, friendships and family. It’s away of life for me. I have been a member since 2018 and have loved every moment even when laying on the floor at the end of a workout trying to breath. Tribe forever!

Love the workouts, and people. The coaches and environment make it easy to push myself.

I like the training session class size because it’s small, the coaches make me feel capable and motivated, the coaches are very attentive and help me when I need help, and the facility is clean.

I like my coach Brittany. She understands my physical challenges and is ALWAYS able to make modifications for me and I still get the full benefits of the workout.

I'm at Iron Tribe Germantown for three reasons: 1. Clap 2. Clap 3. Clap I have said it before and I am not going to stop repeating it until someone threatens me with irreversable harm: The three clap continues to change my life in no other way I have experienced since organic cashew butter. Seriously, Tribe is a critical part of my day now. I think I have been going for a couple of years and I hear this all the time from other Tribe folks too: "It's more than just a gym or a workout - it's that and it's great for that, but it's a lot more than that too. It's become an important part of my life." Is it a cult? Maybe a healthy cult. But I prefer to think it is community. You become friends at Tribe. Friends that like to put themselves in sweaty pain for about 25 minutes and then catch up with each other and share things our families are tired of hearing, or just be amazed at how nice Shad's hair is. It's Sweaty Church. 123GOTRIBE

Greatest way to get in the best shape of your life while gaining a community of friends. Been doing it for 10 years and always have a new goal: to master a different movement or improve on a lift, so it becomes a challenge or a sport that never gets boring.
