Everything about iron tribe is amazing! I’m fit, I use like minded friends and enjoy powerful and passionate community at Iron Tribe! AND THE COACHES?! Forget it! They’re so knowledgeable and encouraging, there’s no reason for me to do anywhere else! There’s no gym like it! 3, 2, 1 TRIBE!
The encouragement from coaches and other tribe members. Some workouts can seem a bit overwhelming, however they talk through it and suggests modifications if you need it.
I love to start each day early with a challenging workout along with my tribe friends that I have made. The coaches are supportive helping us achieve specific goals while fellow “athletes” also help with accountability and cheer us on.
It one of my early am people doesnt show for 2-3 days I am calling them! and vica versa.
I can adjust my class to use heavy weights or moderate if needed to achieve resistance training goals. I love working on “ gymnastic” skills- pull ups, handstand push ups, ring rows, and more.
Atmosphere is upbeat, music is good, classes are never more than 45-60 minutes!
It’s exactly what the name says…we are a tribe, fitness family, encouraging each other no matter what fitness level. Stronger together when some in the tribe needs help outside of the gym. We are a community, we are diverse, we are Irontribe Germantown.
I love how all the coaches push every member! The atmosphere is so positive and makes you feel so confident. I’m truly grateful for Iron Tribe and all the coaches!
ALL of the staff members at the Germantown Iron Tribe are highly knowledgeable about fitness and body mechanics. They are attentive and make sure that all exercises are performed with safe and correct body positioning and form. They also accurately assessed my needs, performance levels, deficits and goals to the point that allowed me to achieve goals I NEVER would have achieved any where else. They are all gregarious, kind, uplifting and motivating on a consistent basis. I feel "seen" with a sense of being welcome and a sense of belonging.
The coaches are great and the manager is awesome. They are very personable, and they understand that not everyone’s body is the same. They work with you to help you keep moving through the workout to make sure that you are moving the entire class. They give all the best tips for food, stretches, workouts, and pain management with exercise to help keep you coming.
