I love the community. I realize there are different gyms out there , but irontribe has a community that is about caring for all people. I’m definitely an annoying individual , I feel the love everytime I walk in . Thank you to all the people and support
I joined Tribe 3 years ago, fresh off having a baby and needing to find myself again. I never expected a gym to become such a big part of my life—but Tribe isn’t just a workout, it’s therapy, it’s community, it’s home. The vibe, the support, the people—they keep me coming back. If you’re looking for more than just fitness, this is your place. 💛💪
For some newcomers, it would be helpful if coaches could give them attention to help build their confidence and prevent injuries. Many newcomers have little training background and might already be in their 40s. My friend was too excited when he started and lifted too heavily, which led to a wrist injury and him having to stop. It's a bit unfortunate, but I feel fortunate that I was clearly told never to go more than 10 lbs on the barbell when I began.
