I love the community at Irontribe, I love the values of Irontribe. You don’t have to be a power lifter. I always thought that I had to be like all these other people in the class that lift heavy weights or Well, 13 surgeries later I’m finally realizing I’m there to move, my healing comes from the other members of Irontribe, including the owners and the coaches. I’m not a power lifter. I’m 59 years old and I need Irontribe for my mental health. I’m not gonna give up because maybe someday I will but power lift but what’s is more importantis my mental health . I’ve been with Irontribe for approximately eight years my body isn’t perfect. I don’t have a six pack. I don’t have muscles, my bench press isn’t what it used to be when I was younger, but I’m happy to be there with all these wonderful people.
