I like the fact that it’s not a huge meat market gym with 100 people fighting for the same 5 machines. I like the one on one attention. I like the camaraderie and community. The trainer is great, the people are committed.
I enjoy that I don't have to figure out my workout, I can just come in and do the workout that my coach designed around what I what to work on within any physical limitations I might have.

The instructor and people in the classes are very helpful and friendly. Attention to equipment cleanliness seems very important at this location which is also a very good thing.
I love it more every day! Not only I'm I am getting fit, but I'm also learning every time I go. Every time I work out and question, why this exercise or what muscle groups are being worked, I get an explanation that I can understand.
