I loved the inhouse communications to be able to reach the doctor about a specific patient for orders. I liked that you could attach an order to a communication for better communication. I liked that the scheduling was included in the software so we did not have to log into 2 systems. cc

Menu style of services available. For a small business with one provider, we have found that it's a very reasonably priced EMR. We use the electronic scheduling, integrated faxing, telemedicine, and billing services. It's very simple to use, and keeps us organized.

I will be better equipped to rate the product once the transition to chrome completes but if it says anything I have been a customer since 2002. Also, the support staff is awesome! They get back with you fairly quick and if they cannot at that moment they will schedule something with you within the same day that fits your schedule.

I have been through four implementations of EMR‘s in the last eight years. All in different specialties. I have never gone through one where I felt so comfortable and trusting with the implementation team. They were thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable about their product. Kelly Rivers was our main implementation trainer. Her knowledge of the software and the urology specialty is beyond amazing and incredible. ISalus is lucky to have her. But beyond her knowledge, her strength is being able to instinctually know her audience. Kelly was incredible with each one of my doctors. Her ability to handle their frustrations by listening and responding differently to each one, each in a different way, commanded their trust and respect. She has wisdom and maturity beyond her very young age. It’s been a pleasure working with her remotely and on site.
