I I have cold water for years and I don’t like the accumulation of plastic. What I love about Culligan is I know I’m going to get a a quality product delivered to my home on a senior I’m a senior with mobility issues and is the best thing I’ve done for myself. Maybe the cost is a little higher, but it’s delivered every month from a friendly staff thank you.
They’re always on time. They always tell me when they’re coming, and I can actually reach somebody on a phone instead of have to go through all kinds of push this button push that button button in itself is worth it to me.
Service persons are usually active in their approach to checking system, etc.
They generally explain fully the needed "next step's" after completing their work.
The office is always helpful when we need to change our delivery date or [LAST NAME REMOVED] of bottles. Our water service driver is friendly, brings in bottles, confirms we are good with the amount, etc.
