You need to fix you on-line bill payment system. I get two bills one for bottled water and one for the water softener. lately I am getting a error message saying my id and password are wrong, which they are not. It would be wonderful to pay both bills thru one system
I’ve had the systems in the past, with the salt tanks and to me this is much more convenient, maintenance free, and much better soft water. I love it! I’ll do without something else before I give up soft water.
I like how your employees tell me what they are doing to improve my Isling's system. Some of the men who have come to look at my system tell me about how I can best use the improvements they recommend. For instance, last time an Isling's employee came over, he showed me he to change the filter for ice cubes in my refrigerator. Our water tastes so wonderful because we are using your products and services!
