Scratches on the top tube is an issue for someone who brings in a $15K+ (full retail) bike. Otherwise the service was very good and all of the issues corrected.

We really liked the way we were treated. The employees took their time with us and knew the mechanics/geometry of the bike & the individual. They were especially interested in making sure the bikes worked for us rather than just making a quick sale. We has visited other bike shops and felt we were dealing with salespeople who didn’t really have the knowledge of the importance of the bike or rider.
