Took Trek bicycle in for a checkup and service after having not been ridden for a year. They were able to get it back same day (probably not a common occurrence). Bicycle looks and acts new! Shop is new and inviting and the crew seems to know their stuff. 10 rating has to await more visiting but off to a great start.

You all are very nice and good to deal with. However, not sure why I have to buy a new chain when I just bought a NEW bike 3 months ago. Seems like Giant should have taken care of that since the bike was new.
