Nic was EXTREMELY helpful providing clear and concise instructions to someone (me) who has zero knowledge of electric pedal assist bicycles. He was patient (not me) and answered all 5000 questions my wife and I threw at him and, as evidence, was responsible for my purchasing a Trek Townie electric bike. Unfortunately Island doesn’t take tradeins. I brought my Kestral road bike with me in hopes of offsetting the price of the new one and there was only room for one bike in my SUV so a return trip is planned to collect the new one. I totally recommend Island Bicycles.

I’m from out of town and came here on vacation with my bike that I don’t ride often and the original seat was killing me from one long day of riding and had to do something I walked in with my old seat and was promptly waited on and I told him what I was looking for he gave suggestions and installed a new seat and it’s much more comfortable and made the rest of my vacation peddling around town much more enjoyable Thanks so much for having a professional staff to assist and would recommend to everyone from a child to a seasoned professional rider
