Friendly service from people who know their stuff, no upselling talk, in fact, quite the opposite. When faced with a very expensive choice of tires, I was asked how much I actually wanted to spend and was offered other alternatives. I wish all shops / mechanics / dealerships etc…behaved like that!

These guys are the best! After moving to the area, I bought my pedal assist from them, the salesman was great, knowledgeable and understanding. I hadn't ridden in years and he explained the functions, maintenance, and made sure I was comfortable riding before I left. I found Island Bicycles one Saturday while visiting Southport, my grandaughter's bike had a flat and we were calling around, they were open and could fix it immediately! Their rates were great! The guy that repaired it was AMAZING and my granddaughter was able to return to ride with her brother and cousins quickly. My grandson wanted to purchase a BMX bike, not something Island Bicycles carries but they were very helpful on what to look for, and where to start. After the purchase, they have worked on his bike a couple of times. The guys are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend ISLAND BICYCLES!!

Andrew and Adam were amazing. Andrew spent a lot of time working with me and advising me which bike was best for me. Not pushy at all. I appreciate his patience and advice. Adam was also great and delivered the bike to my home super fast. I brought my niece in a day or two later and she also bought a bike from Andrew! Thanks Andrew and Adam for your knowledge and professionalism!
