The service model for Trek dealers is Class AAA. The Team in Southport, NC led by Adam was professional in every way, articulate, knowledgeable, committed and patient. My wife had not been on a bicycle foe over 7 years. They took the time to review the bike with her and even "mother henned" her on practice loops around the parking lot. In addition, we were familiar with legendary Trek service from the Mooresville office. We left buying 2 bikes, and we are most confident that we will be received with the same care should we need service on the bikes.

Adam was very helpful when he assessed my bicycle. He reviewed what issues needed attention and gave me an estimate of the work needed. Upon approval, the work was completed in a timely manner and I was notified by email when my bicycle was ready for pick up. Island Bicycles runs a very efficient operation. Do not hesitate to have your bicycle serviced here.
