The front brake is squealing. It was not squealing when we brought it in. The unwanted shifting is still taking place - not as bad as it was but it is still happening intermittently.

The customer service was above and beyond. From the time I walked into the store test drove my bike had it delivered Adam truly cared. he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It's a breath of fresh air to have a local business to be so accommodating to their customers.

No adjusting of seat or handle bars were made. Tire had only 25 lbs of air and should have been 45. Basically, the sales person did nothing except take my money
