I really like the personal service. I had told Adam what I was looking for and he quickly narrowed down their choices to a couple of bikes. After trying on a floor model I decided to have them order a bike for me. There was no pressure to buy, no hard sell. They assembled the bike and made several adjustments to custom fit it to me. I’ve since returned to buy some accessories for the bike. Their prices are actually less expensive than purchasing on line. Adam gave me several pointers for installing the parts that saved me from making mistakes. The new bike was exactly what I needed and I’ve already enjoyed putting miles on it. Please give them a chance if you are in the market for a new bike.

The staff was very helpful - first doing some diagnostics of the problem before making me leave my bike. Also helped me figure what type of mirror I need and how to put it on my helmet. And finally helped me load the bike back into the car - which for me was a big deal. Thank you.

I just bought a new cruiser. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. All my questions were answered. Once I selected the bike I wanted, all the seat and handle bar adjustments were made and I was asked to test ride it before purchase so that I would be happy when I got it home and went on my first ride. Also, the price was good and they gave me a coupon for the first service.

Great Service , the Team is excellent at fitting you to the best bike for you, as well as ajusting it to fit what ever your needs are . Ask for Nic, he is the General Manager.They handle recumbent bikes and have lots of experence in fitting you in the best Trike . I drove from Charleston because of thier selections and expertise. I have special needs and the cofidence and knowlage made the experence great. Very happy
