I like that my bicycle gets picked up at my home and I don't have to drive it down to the shop in my SUV as living alone makes it hard for me to put it inside my car. They also returned it back to my house. I know that my friends that I bike with also are very happy with their services. So a big thank you! I will definitely use them again and again!

For the age of the bike , it should have been taken in on trade. Fixed and sold or donated. And a new bike sold. Bike was 15 years old, new towny was only 100.00 more for price of repair… been here 46 years and not e everyone lives on BH. Serve you well to remember that.. but the help was friendly …

With the very professional, friendly and awesome help from Nic and Andrew I purchased a Catrike Max recumbent trike. Andrew spent an hour making adjustments for a comfortable fit and performance. Took my first ride this morning. Great fun. I am very appreciative for all the help and attention. Island Bicycles is wonderful resource, a great community asset and worthy of your support. These people are great to do business with. I brought in a flat tire off of my old Bridgestone XO-2 and someone dropped what they were doing, diagnosed the cause of the tube puncture, and made the repair all at a very reasonable price. While waiting, I was intrigued with the inventory of bikes in the showroom. Someone explained the pros and cons of different models without pressuring me in any way. I went home, did my research, and came to the same recommendation that they had made for me. The next day I purchased a new Trek Verve 2 and after about 10 miles and a few adjustments, I absolutely love it.
