The entire facility is beautiful clean and bright. I love the private rooms with bathroom shower and dressing area. I also loved the aqua therapy steam, sauna and whirlpool. The pool was nice as well.

I like the availability of AOA classes, everyone that works there is nice and welcoming, the people that go there are kind and real. It’s clean and convenient. Can we get a Thursday of Friday chair yoga class?

I like the classes geared to seniors. I really like chair yoga and active older adult strength. I wish the pool was heated...it's just too cold. The teaches are very nice and knowledgeable.

I love the water classes aqua Zumba. An aqua aerobics are my favorite. I love the teachers. Victoria helped me get my smile back and Randy. He has everybody laughing as we move.
