They are spread across the day, morning, mid-day and evening. There is offering for the whole family. Only disappointment is that not everyone knows how to handle a class booking via the phone. It’s foolish to be so dependent on technology because it does breakdown. I did refer a lady I met in Sam’s today. And even though I was a bit frustrated the other day I like everyone I have met and dealt with so far; everyone is so caring - hope they are being taken care of and will stay.

Everything was well planned and carried out! My experience has been awesome! All facilitators and instructors were genuine and serious about their performance! It was a relief to know that I could pay for only the time I needed to use the facility. I truly enjoyed my time there and when I return, I will be back. You are the Best!

I love the aqua classes and the coach approach program and the fact that there’s somebody there in the gym that you can always ask for guidance when you need it

They have a wide variety of things to do. There is something for everyone. The employees & members are friendly and supportive. I'm even trying to get my brother to go to the YMCA in his community in another state! The YMCA has been a lifesaver for me. They have helped me physically AND mentally. I'm very grateful for them.
