I love the classes. They provide the right level of challenge for members. Also, I LOVE it when the teachers level out the exercises. Julie, who teaches Yoga, is wonderful at leveling out the classes for beginners (like myself) and then providing different levels of exercises for more experienced members. The Zumba classes are quite fun as well.
I love the exercise classes! My favorite class is Step Aerobics with Adora! She inspires me so much. I never new how much I loved exercising until I took her class. She definitely pushes me to my highest potential. I also love the family atmosphere. My family has built many friendships here.
