What a different six month turn of events! Jack's experience was invaluable on selling our house and the purchase of the new house. The sale of our house took a little longer than expected but that had to do with the time of year. The purchase of our new house should have been two months at the most BUT problems arose and took an additional three months. If it had not been for Jack's much clearer head than mine, we may have been in an apartment for six months looking for another house. What started as an easy deal, turned into a first time event in all the years he has been a Realtor. I would not suggest anyone else than Jack to handle a deal.

Jack is about as laid back and low key as a sales agent can get. The guy is simply not intent on selling his client anything. So how does he succeed, when success depends on sales? His many years of experience, coupled with his casually serious approach to working with clients, and his honest nature are qualities not generally found in the same person. Jack will help guide the client in the right direction without dragging his people to closing. It does not hurt that his stories are pretty good too.
