Unbelievable! The staff was as professional and well coordinated team as I have ever seen in a health services environment. The staff was caring and communicative in pre op, during the run-up to the procedure and in post-op. I didn't think a team of 6+ people could work so fast and well coordinated as they did, all at the same time staying cheerful and calming. Results were good, follow up instructions were clear. Excellent experience.
