very knowledgeable and attentive. only time I have ever purchased a high end bike and it was fitted, prepped, had new parts installed--pedals, add-ons, etc-- while I waited and didn't wait more than 15-20 mins after sale to take bike home soon enough to get in an evening ride.

Being a service provider as well, it is comforting to walk in and be served as if I am the most important customer. In the past several times I have visited Trek and formerly Lakeshore Schwinn, I have been very impressed with both sales and service and I think the service prices are very fair.
