This message is meant to reach Corporate. You guys have an employee at this location named Mike, I believe is the store manager or service manager, anyways the guy went way above and beyond while fixing a flat on my Canyon Speedmax bike. He literally is an encyclopedia on servicing, nutrition, bikes in general, competitive events, everything. He helped answer all my questions, and had to be the most friendliest outgoing energized positive person I ever encountered to go out of his way to help me, just out of the kindness of his heart. I want Trek bicycles to know this guy is a diamond in the rough, a true gem to have on the team. Was my 2nd time ever at a Trek bicycle store the other location was in Ocala. But Trek earned a customer for life at this location because of Mike, and all my friends, foes and family will be directed to this location because of the encounter i had with Mike. Thank you Mike! And thank you for all the help and info for my Ironman training and competing info. This guy is the real deal. I really hope Trek understands the importance of having this guy apart of their team. No words could ever articulate how awesome this guy is. Also the rest of the team was very awesome, the synergy of the entire group of employees at this Trek made it an awesome unforgettable experience, but a special thanks to Mike. The guys there are rockstars when it comes to sales and maintenance of any bike. I wish they were closer to home and would be there all the time to do group rides. Will always bring my bikes there for maintenance, they always do a great job and keep everything cleaned up well.

I enjoy the range of trek bikes to choose from along with the endless accessories for my cycling journey. Most of all the education and service Drew provided me was priceless. Mike and Mike greeted me when I dropped off my bike for service and that makes a huge difference in my book. Made me feel like an old friend swinging by for a visit. PLEASE DON’T CHANGE!!

very knowledgeable and attentive. only time I have ever purchased a high end bike and it was fitted, prepped, had new parts installed--pedals, add-ons, etc-- while I waited and didn't wait more than 15-20 mins after sale to take bike home soon enough to get in an evening ride.
