Service was top notch, turnaround on assembling my bike was realistic and quick despite the technicians having a ton of work to do, and everyone I spoke to was relatable, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit this store again for my bicycling needs going forward.

Hands down the best bicycle shop. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel welcomed and willing to take as much time as needed to help answer any and all questions. No intimidation for beginners, they just want to help. Love this shop!

The guys in the shop were nice and attentive. My bike was repaired a day later than anticipated. They replaced my broken chain and tweaked something to do with the gear shift. A part needed to complete another problem is on order. They will email/text me when the part has arrived. I will come back for any other bike maintenance.

We were just beginning to look for an ebike and the person who helped us was great. He showed us all the options and offer us a test dive. We honestly told he we were shopping around and he encouraged us to look around until we found the bike that would work for us. We went to several other bike shops in Jacksonville and none had the selection or the expert help. We returned the same day to purchase our bike from Lakeshore Bike shop. They then took the time to teach us about using our bike and how to maintain it. Could not recommend them any higher. For sure 10 out of 10

Mike & Eric were so helpful in getting my wife back on a bike. She hadn’t ridden in 5 yrs due to a back injury & her bike was not repairable due to age & wear. They took their time listening to her wants & concerns & found a bike that fit her needs! She was even able to take it for a test drive! Here’s to great days of cycling together again!
