Eric and everyone gave us such white glove service from start to finish. They took the time to really make sure my daughter tried a few bikes to see what really fit. They even customized the handlebars on the bike she loved. Even though my husband said “no e-bikes” when I was looking a beautiful pink e-bike Townie caught my eye and kept calling to me. Eric let me take it out and ride it probably knowing I’d leave with it. 🤣 They helped us load everything and were just so amazing. We cannot say enough about this store and the people who work there.

I was seeking a bike innertube that is uncommon. It was for my teenage grandson before a holiday weekend. The personnel went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct item. They contacted other bike shops and made a special run to accomodate my specific needs. They provided exemplary service even though it was not an expensive or highly profitable item. I will definitely recommend their business.

I purchased a Catrike EMax trike 2 years ago and love it. I made the purchase after talking to a salesman who described the benefits of riding one... even though I was 79 years old and on oxygen. I have put over 900 miles on my trike and enjoy it very much. I have had it serviced and adjusted as needed. The trike has held up very well and I am thrilled to have purchased it. As important as knowledgeable staff to service the trike, the relationship with the customer is also important. Trek bicycle shop is 5 stars with friendly knowledgeable staff, and I heartily recommend this shop ♥️
