I've been cycling for over 53 years now and have worked in many bike shops and have been on both sides of the counter. Mike and Mike at Trek Lakeshore are among the best I have ever seen. Always accommodating and great to work with. This may well be my last new bike purchase in my long life and they made the experience great, not to mention the bike (checkpoint SL) is a fantastic machine.

a nice bicycle shop with parts and repair for bicycles and also a good selection of bicycles for sale. I went there to get new tires for a mountain bike. good people to deal with.

The associate took the time to understand what my needs are and then explained what bikes he had that could best fit what I was trying to accomplish with my training goals. At no point did I feel like the associate was just trying to sell me a bike it felt more as if he was genuinely concerned on giving me the best product for what my needs are.

The guys were super helpful and worked on our e-trike wheels. I wish we had thought to check with the Lakeshore store before ordering our trikes from another manufacturer.

All around, they are just great people to have helping you with an issue you may have and working on your bike. The teams solid bike awareness, their overall responsiveness to what I needed to be done is great, and the care they take to ensure that the work is done right. I also really like their eclectic bike experience and the ability to converse on shared bike experiences - you know that they know. tremendous focus of each individual employee.... there are no misses for the items that they are asked to evaluate.... IE with the return of my bike, the installations were proven within the 'time i took to ride', within hours after i received it; that is the actual purpose, of their call to 'come get ur item, ur equipment, etc that you left with us', a simple case of, the work is done.....Thomas Chism
