Dr. Grimsley was very pleasant & professional. So was his P.A. I would have liked to feel that time was not so pressing. Test that he said would be scheduled has been scheduled (very quickly - I might add). I appreciate greatly the manner I was treated by the people i saw face to face. The same can not be said about same of telephone staff.

The joint replacement web section from DrG. Made me feel I would be welcome and not judged. All of the office staff and Dr G conveyed true caring! I just really needed to feel I was coming to a safe place where I could let down my guard and show my vulnerability! Asking for help was hard for me to do. Hurting and pain can really tear down your self worth. Ty so much for making me feel welcome and safe. I truly felt I would be in good hands from the moment we arrived.
