Everyone was attentive and nice. It is a very welcoming atmosphere! They made you feel like they are glad you are there and want you to return. I love that they show you all the products that they used. This allows you to purchase them and use between visits. In addition to that and most important, my Stylist, Patience, was excellent!

ROBIN!! It is the only reason I frequent Jade. She is absolutely wonderful!! Your prices are too high. But, Robin is well worth the extra money. She cares about her performance as indicated in follow up appointments: she always asks how she did on her last haircut. I never give her a bad report.
