We marveled at his professionalism. His ability to make everyone comfortable. He follows up on all issues. A buyer/seller can be at ease because Jim will take care of any issue and allow them to focus on getting ready to move. There are many many things Jim can do but most of all he becomes your friend.

Jim was always a phone call away. I would call him frantic with an issue. He calmly tell me what needed to do about that issue. This is the kind of real estate agent he is. He was outside in the front of the house with one of the inspection people I came down the stairs and dropped a glass. There I am standing in broken glass barefoot. I yelled to him please come in. He went got me some shoes and Swept up the broken glass. Jim was recommended by my daughter and I'm so glad She did. He made selling my house as seamless. There aren't enough words to say what a great guy he is. This is the person you want in your corner
