I love to visit James Salon and see Shania as my stylist. Shania is amazing at working with my hair-- it's not the easiest to work with since it's sensitive, thin, curly, and has growth issues. I'm mostly at a loss as to what to do with it, but she always makes me feel hopeful and I'm grateful she has stuck it out with me. Every time I go, I feel like my hair is healthier and I feel more beautiful afterwards. Thanks for always offering a great salon experience and always dependable service!

What I like about James salon. That’s it’s very professional. And when you call on the phone you talk to a person that is very nice and professional. My stylist was with Katie. She was absolutely awesome with the haircut and color. The haircut was very clean looking and it’s was perfect! Exactly what I wanted . And the color was perfect also. Thank you James Salon . I rate it a 3 I was really disappointed to look at the work the hair styles did with my color and bleaching she didn’t hit the roots on my hair missed the end of my hair as well and ended up. Then the color I wanted didn’t match the inspiration picture I felt like she was doing what she wanted for me to end up paying 260 for everything. I only enjoyed the hair cut.
