Our franchisee will always make sure things get done. If there are ever any issues with the cleaning, he is on top of it -- he will sometimes do the job himself. The field services consultant also checks in from time to time to verify we are satisfied with the service from the franchisee.

Lillian and her crew are amazing. They do a fabulous job with our facility. With over 62,000 square feet of floor space, Lillian and crew make it look spotless. Everyone is friendly and we have developed a relationship so that they are FAMILY! My only regret is that I am unable to give them a raise. I hope you will take care of this for me. One additional note, I would recommend that the person that occasionally checks up on them wear a badge or some form of identification so that staff is aware of who they are as they walk through the building.
