Bert checks in regularly and has been able to quickly make adjustments in staffing and cleaning. Thankful that he is proactive and reaches out to check in or update me.
Our franchisee will always make sure things get done. If there are ever any issues with the cleaning, he is on top of it -- he will sometimes do the job himself. The field services consultant also checks in from time to time to verify we are satisfied with the service from the franchisee.
