I am SO impressed with the caliber of service that we continue to receive from the team at JAN-PRO. Communications are seamless, the team is accommodating and understanding, and they always follow up with us for feedback and looking for ways to help improve. My biggest piece of feedback is about our cleaner, Tatianna. She is absolutely incredible. She is warm, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to clean everything for us. She is an amazing individual. She feels like a part of our team! I really enjoy the chance to connect with her when I work on night shifts. Every person on our team trusts and values her contributions. As a veterinary ER, without her, we would be unable to help people and their pets when they need us most.

The new cleaner we have is very attentive, quick to respond, and does an excellent job. With the previous cleaner from your company, we frequently had to remind him of tasks, and even then, they were not completed to our expectations. These were small requests that we would remind him about, but often they were never done. We are very happy with our current cleaner and hope to maintain this relationship for years to come.
