During the past several months the service has been spectacular. In the last week we have noticed a bit of change with floor vacuum + mopping, deep clean of kitchen sink and general surface wiping including chair seats. Carmen has been very reliable and willing to listen to any suggestions. I thought the cleaning service stated they have their own equipment and provides the cleaning solutions, but they haven't. I have to buy a vacuum now since Carmen does not have one.
